RETURN POLICY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Offer to purchase goods is accepted solely upon the terms and conditions stated below. Any additional or different terms and conditions proposed by you are rejected and shall have no effect. This order, when accepted by S.h.a.p.e.s brow bar  is not subject to cancellation or deferment of delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

ORDER STATUS

Customers who have registered for an account with the s.h.a.p.e.s brow bar website are able to check the status of pending orders by emailing us or calling customer service. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click view the delivery status of your order by visiting the carriers website.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons for cancellation are: 

1. Item(s) not available. 

2. Difficulty in processing payment information. 

3. Cannot ship to address provided. 

4. Duplicate order was placed. 

5. Cancelled due to a customer request. 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

PAYMENT

For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

PRICING

The prices quoted on this Web site are quoted in U.S. currency and are billed in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time.

BILLING

Your credit card will be billed once your order is shipped.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to states in which we have nexus.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any items with a maximum purchase of $300 (not including shipping, handling and tax) per customer per order. Furthermore, frequent orders in a one month period of multiple units may be rejected by S.h.a.p.e.s brow bar .

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN

  • · Please note that although we have tried to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.
  • · If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of gift certificates, memberships, packages and sale items cannot be returned for a refund.
  • · Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products, as determined by S.h.a.p.e.s brow bar or products not bought online at reemabeauty.com

  • · Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
  • · We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 562-991-5225. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT RETAIL:

We are sorry, but we cannot accept merchandise purchased at a retail location. All items purchased through our retail partners must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance to their return policies.
