The Art of Mehndi ® is a traditional art form using natural henna to give the body a temporary
tattoo effect. Our artists have an extensive understanding of symbols, colors and design.
The tattoo can be enhanced with the use of crystals, glitter art, and stickers. We have also introduced Glitter Henna which
does not wash away with water and stays as an enhancement to your Henna Design.

Mehendi
Henna Temporary Tattoo, also known as Mehndi is an ancient Eastern Body Art. It is used in creating
intricate ethnic or contemporary designs and exotic patterns on various parts of the body. Henna is an herb that is dried
and ground to produce the paste used. This paste is then applied to the skin in various patterns and designs. After a
setting period, the
Mehandi is then removed leaving a temporary stain, which fades in about ten to fourteen days. The resultant stain is
reddish in color consistency.
The appeal?
Painless temporary tattoos. Cutting edge. Cool. Painless. Fun. No needles, just a natural paste.
What was in this month might be out the next, so with Mehendi a lifetime commitment (like real tattoos) is not necessary
as the designs fade within 1-4 weeks.
How to care for your Natural Henna Tattoo?
Traditional Henna paste must dry, undisturbed, for at least two hours or more. The longer it stays on the skin,
the longer the design will last.
How Long Does It Last?
Traditional natural henna leaves a stain for 1-4 weeks; depending on how well it is done and taken care of afterwards.
Our colored henna paste with FDA approved vegetable dies lasts from 2 to 10 days depending on
aftercare.
How to Make your Henna tattoo Last even longer!
Do not scrub on the Henna tattoo, avoid salt or chlorine water, do not apply suntan lotion and do not soak in water for
long periods of time. Profuse sweating exfoliating beauty cream and friction will also fade tattoo quicker. Skin gradually
flakes off and renews itself every 15 to 30 days and the Tattoo Will Fade.
