2. How will I build out my kiosk or salon?
Kiosk – You will be given a choice between 3 different Kiosk models to purchase from a
pre-approved vendor. Installation of the kiosk will be your responsibility with the help of a contractor of your choice.
Salon – We will provide detailed blueprints from our Salon Design team as well as recommended contractors that other owners in the area have used. Nevertheless, you are responsible for hiring a contractor to build your location.

3. How do I select a site for my Beauty Bar?
There are some general guidelines for a space suitable for a s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar cart, kiosk or store. Generally, cart businesses operate on a preexisting cart structure provided by the landlord as part of your lease. For a Kiosk, you must lease a suitable location that will accommodate the kiosk of approximately 120 square feet. For an Inline format, you must lease a suitable inline location between 500 and 1,200 square feet.

4. Do I have to negotiate the lease for my location?
Yes. After the location is approved, it will be your responsibility to enter and secure the negotiations of the lease with the Landlord.
