1. Cart: The total investment necessary for a Cart Format cost ranges from $32,450 to $42,400. This includes between $16,500 and $17,500 that must or will be paid to the franchisor.
2. Kiosk: The total investment necessary to begin operation of a s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar in a Kiosk Format is from $60,450 to $83,100. This includes between $16,500 and $17,500 that must or will be paid to the franchisor.
3. Inline Store: The total investment necessary to begin operation of a s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar in an Inline Format is from $88,050 to $175,300. This includes between $24,500 and $25,500 that must or will be paid to the franchisor.
The amount that must or will be paid to the Franchisor may be less if multiple franchises are purchased in the same transaction and multiple purchase discounts or employee discounts to the initial franchise fee apply. The total investment to purchase area development rights is $7,000 per s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar required to be developed, all of which will be paid to the franchisor. Franchisees will not be required at this time to make any payments to the franchisor’s affiliates, unless the franchisee purchases an existing, operating s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar from an affiliate.

What are the royalties?
s.h.a.p.e.s Brow Bar Franchisees pay 8% every two weeks (gross sales minus the sales tax, gift cards and refunds). The advertising fee is set at 2% of gross sales payable every two weeks.
