Key Responsibilities: The following procedures are to be followed on a daily basis: The main job function of this position is to promote sales by making sure the assigned targets for the day at the locations are being met, as well as observe, identify, and investigate any suspicious activity to include matters relating to employee theft. These job duties are conducted remotely via CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) and telephone. This position will require you to interact with the employees via telephone to constantly remind, assist them with sales techniques and remind them of their job duties and to ensure they are properly doing their jobs.
